“wow how refreshing to meet a business that’s polite and go out of the way to help a potential customer ( well a future customer from now on lol) I had already contacted a well known local business who wanted to charge a silly for visiting (3 miles away?) and order and replace the problem item without even seeing the problem I had. Later I found EA Garage doors and noticed they only had 5 star reviews which didn’t seem right, but after Chris’s visit I can see why they get so many, no hard sell he fixed the problem within minutes and offered to fix something else that he noticed….all the while on the way to another job (I only rang the evening b4!). if that’s customer service the products can only be brilliant too.
