Repair to roller door – brilliant service

Chris came out to see me today. My roller door kept getting stuck a couple of inches off the ground and a previous company (recommended by the manufacturer) who did my service a month ago (and had told me there were no problems) came back out and said the motor needed replacing and quoted me a significant sum. I emailed EA Garage Doors, among others, this morning to get alternative quotes. Chris responded by email within an hour. He was the only one that said he wanted to check it first before quoting. He happened to be on a job 15 minutes away so came to me after (before another job he had booked in). Whilst here he checked things thoroughly, determined quickly that it was not the motor. He showed me his motor tester and how this proved there was nothing wrong with the motor. He explained the most common problems and how to check for them. He left the door working, saved me hundreds of pounds and talked me through it the whole time. I couldn’t recommend EA Garage Doors enough. 5*
